Refund Policy

1. Policy Duration

  • Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • We offer a full refund if the product has a technical defect that we cannot help you fix within 72 hours after contact us. A product is considered technically defective if:
    • The product (expert advisor, indicator, script, or utility) cannot be attached to the trading chart (applicable only for unlimited and unlocked products).
    • You encounter an error or warning in the Experts or Journal tab.
    • You are prompted to enter an activation key despite the product being unlimited or unlocked.
    • Our support team identifies any other defects.

3. Refund Ineligibility

  • Refunds are not issued under the following circumstances:
    • You do not like the product.
    • The product does not perform as desired or as described.
    • An indicator is lagging or repainting, even if the manufacturer’s product description suggests otherwise.

4. Important Considerations

  • Please be reminded that the Forex market is volatile and carries significant risks. It is not advisable to invest money that you cannot afford to lose, such as retirement funds, as you may lose most or all of it quickly.
  • Beginner traders should research and learn about trading before using any EAs.
  • The product does not guarantee profits and demands resilience, patience, and a positive attitude in forex trading.
  • Before use, please test the EA on a demo account first.

5. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, please:
    1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected].
    2. Provide Documentation: Provide proof of payment or order number and include screenshots describing the issue and/or your terminal’s log files.
    3. Review & Notification: Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Important: Do not return your purchase to the vendor.

6. Refund Approval & Processing

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Note: Please follow this process carefully. If you apply for buyer protection or reverse transactions without following this process, we may sanction or close your account.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:
    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank; processing times can delay the posting of refunds.
